We had an excellent experience yesterday with Will from Bynum Septic. Will said he has been doing this for 18 years. It showed. He found our septic tank in about... read more 30 seconds (we thought it was lost in bush overgrowth, we couldn't find it) and set about digging it out, and evacuating it with hoses. He worked quickly and efficiently, showed us charts explaining how our tank worked and where it drained, gave us his best advice on a service schedule and answered tons of questions. Moved his truck when we needed to get out. Had great stories (someone please buy Will a better phone case so he doesn't lose another in the septic tank!). 10/10. I set a reminder to schedule with Bynum again for a clean out next year. Highly recommended.

I have done business with Bynum Septic over the last 10 years. They pumped the tank and installed a T-filter on the outlet pipe. Then I had them convert my... read more system to an aerobic system using an air pump. I noticed that the concrete around the T-filter pipe had cracked. They came out this morning to look at it. I was expecting a repair/replace job. They looked at it and said it looked okay and really didn’t need any work. No charge since I have done business with them before. Bynum can be trusted. Find someone who treats you right and stick with them.

Bynum was friendly, responsive and professional. The repair was a little pricey but we’re willing to pay a small premium for great service. They certainly provided that. Well done.

Not only did Luis excel at doing the job i hired him for, which was to replace my water heater, he went above and beyond to fix it PROPERLY. His... read more knowledge and skill in plumbing field became apparent as he finished the job perfectly within two hours, something which would have taken me at least 20hours DIY project using premade shark bite connectors. I was suprised to see that all my cpvc pipes were replaced with copper pipes+shutoff valves accordingly. Extremely pleased with the water heater installation and removal and replumbing pipes correctly. I highly recommend LUIS. The price quoted to me was more than reasonable for the quality of service i received. Would hire again in the future! They arrived 11:05am, my given arrival time was 11am-2pm, same day service. Very pleased with their performance and professionalism.
